| February 16 | 10am - 5pm | BUTTE: "Drumming Through Depression" Workshop at Sacred Ground by AFM 498 member Michael McDaniel
"Drumming Through Depression" is a 1-day workshop that will be held in Butte at Sacred Ground (126 S. Main), Saturday, February 16th, 10am - 5pm. This workshop will use drumming as a method of helping people deal with depression. Other methods that will be investigated in conjunction with drumming include sound vibration, toning, visualization and breathing techniques. Participants are welcome to bring drums if they have them, and for those that don't have drums, there will quite a few extras on hand. This will be be my second workshop with hopes of many to follow all around Montana.
* Cost will be $75 for the one day workshop, which includes lunch, a journal and other materials.
